Celebrating 13 Years of Sustainable Food,
Farming & Food Justice

The Arcadia Board of Directors
and
The region's best chefs
invite you to an amazing, multi-course seated dinner to celebrate
and raise funds for Arcadia's Veteran Farmer Program.

The nation needs 700,000 new farmers to take up the plow over the next 20 years to replace the farmers aging out of the profession.
Arcadia's Veteran Farmers are answering the nation's call -- again.

Join us October 1 as we honor the 2023 class of veterans farmers, and the 185 veterans who have trained with Arcadia since 2015.

We can't wait to take our seats next to you at the harvest table
for a delicious, family-style meal.

Fall Harvest Dinner
Honoring Arcadia's Veteran Farmer Program
...
185 military veterans, active duty service members,
and family members trained since 2015 on land that once belonged to George Washington

Arcadia would like to express its deep thanks to our sponsors, Tower Companies and Morrison Foerster,
whose support is integral to this fundraising dinner

“I started Arcadia in 2010 to innovate solutions to fix a broken food system. I named it after a mythical paradise in ancient Greece. Thirteen years later, thousands of devoted volunteers, generous donors, spirited veterans, and enthusiastic customers and families have brought forth a real Arcadia, devoted to more just, more sustainable, more abundant wholesome food, for everyone.”

Top local chefs collaborate on an incredible meal for 250 Arcadians. Our volunteers serve it family style at long harvest tables set out under the waning Harvest moon -- traditionally a time to reflect on what has come, and look forward to what will be.

Only a few things really matter -- among them, good health, nourishing food to eat, warm connections. Thanks to you, Arcadia has been cultivating all three for 13 years. We look forward to another decade and more, with your support and our gratitude.
